Humidity Problems 

Another often overlooked issue in commercial bathroom spaces, and particularly during bathroom renovations, is the humidity level. Now, generally, this is regulated by a heat pump or the internal ventilation system, so that the bathroom humidity levels are maintained. However, if there is an issue with these systems, this can cause the humidity levels in your bathrooms to rise, particularly in the summer months leading to the eventual growth of mould spores and the foul smell that often follows. It’s worth paying extra attention to the thermostat during the summer months and ensuring that your bathroom humidity levels are at acceptable levels.
